Final fundraising total revealed!

Well done to everyone involved (Whole School - 03/10/2016)

Back in May this year, Newark Academy turned pink for the morning when around 500 students and staff members took part in our very own Race for Life.

The day was about having fun but also about raising awareness and funds for Cancer Research UK. It was a brilliant event supported by many local schools and everyone made sure they played their part.

We are now pleased to say that we have received our certificate and can confirm that the total amount raised was a fantastic £3201.00.

Thank you to everyone that took part and donated to this wonderful cause.
